Joseph R. Obermeier, DDS
	Dr. Joseph Obermeier was born and raised in Medina, Ohio. He graduated from Medina High School in 1984 and then was accepted into the six year dental program at Case Western Reserve University. After graduating he completed a one year general practice residency at Saint Luke's Medical Center with emphasis on surgical and emergency care.
	He joined Dr. Stan Brown in 1991 and has been practicing in the Shaker Heights/Beachwood area since then. He and Dr. Richard Adelstein took over the Medina practice of Dr. Richard Landesmen in October of 2001.
	Dr. Obermeier has been a member of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, the Medina County Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, and the American Dental Association throughout his career. He is also a member of a local study club and a national study club to further his education and knowledge of comprehensive dental care. Dr. Obermeier and his wife Kelly live in Medina and have two adult children.
Richard P. Adelstein, DDS
		Dr. Richard Adelstein was born in Cleveland, grew up in Lyndhurst, Ohio and graduated from Brush High School. He received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and graduated from Case Western Reserve University Dental School. He then completed a one-year general practice residency program at Saint Luke's Medical Center.
	
		He joined Dr. Obermeier in 1994 and eventually became partners with Dr. Obermeier  to acquire the dental practice of Stan Brown and took over the Medina practice of Dr. Richard Landesmen in October of 2001.
	
		He currently resides in Solon with his wife, Rachel, who has been teaching elementary education in the Bedford school system since 1991. They have two children, Melanie and Jake.  
	
		Dr. Adelstein has been a member of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association and the American Dental Association throughout his career. He is also a member of a several local study clubs and a national study club to further his education and knowledge of comprehensive dental care.
	
Tamara Lempel, DDS
	Dr. Tamara Lempel graduated with honors from York University, and the University of Toronto Faculty of Dentistry in Toronto, Canada, before completing a general practice residency at New York Hospital of Queens, a division of Cornell University. During this time Dr. Lempel had extensive training in all facets of dentistry including trauma, dental emergencies, pediatrics, root canal therapy, removable dentures, and cosmetic dentistry.
	Dr. Lempel worked in private practice in New York for six years while also supervising residents completing their training at New York Hospital of Queens. Dr. Lempel moved to Cleveland with her husband and four children four years ago and has been practicing general dentistry since that time. During her time in private practice, Dr. Lempel gained extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry including veneers, crowns, bridges, implants, and implant supported dentures. She enjoys working with people and takes great pride in improving their smiles and self image. She enjoys making her patients feel comfortable in the dental chair, especially those with past dental phobia anxiety. She comes from a family of dentists, and feels fortunate to work in a field that she loves. 
	Dr. Lempel is an active member of the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, the Ohio Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Melanie Adelstein, DMD
		Dr. Melanie Adelstein earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Case Western Reserve Dental School. She then went on to complete The General Practice Residency Program, a one-year-post doctoral program at Loyola University in Chicago, IL, where she earned a certificate in Hospital Dentistry. In addition, Dr. Adelstein earned additional certifications in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, completed a two month Physical Diagnosis class, and served weekly as the twenty-four hour emergency call consultant for Loyola Hospital. The PR afforded her the opportunity to receive intensive training in all aspects of dentistry. The program is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. As a third generation dentist, Melanie is so excited to join the practice of Drs. Obermeier, Adelstein, Lempel, and Associates.
	
		Dr. Adelstein is a member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Greater Cleveland Dental Society, Alpha Omega International Dental Fraternity, and Delta Sigma Dental Dental Fraternity. She attended The Ohio State University where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pre-Dentistry. She is a native Clevelander and a graduate of Solon High School.
	
		When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Adelstein enjoys rooting for Cleveland sports teams, listening to Broadway showtunes, and spending time with friends and family.
